What date should I RSVP by?

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

We are intending on having an outdoor ceremony. If the weather is not on our side, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Day guests should arrive from 13:00, but no later than 13:30. Unfortunately, if you are late for the ceremony you will not be able to enter until the ceremony has finished.

Evening guests should arrive from 19:00.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal attire. For gents this will be suits and shoes. For ladies, summer formal/cocktail dresses.

We fortunately have everything we need to make a house a home.

If you do wish to bring a gesture, there will be a post box for cards or contributions which we will gratefully use for experiences on our honeymoon.

Parking

Parking is available at the venue and cars can be left overnight. Cars must be collected the following day by 10 AM.

Can I bring a plus one?

We would like to keep our special day as intimate as possible and are celebrating with our closest friends and family and are unable to accommodate plus ones. Only those named on the envelope of your invitation will be accommodated on the day.

Are children invited?

Due to limited space and personal preference we can only accommodate guests over the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.

What food will be served?

For those attending during the day a three course seated dinner will be provided.

Evening guests can enjoy a food bar chosen by us for your enjoyment.

Will there be food options for guests with dietary restrictions?

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please include this in your RSVP.

A very limited number of guests are vegetarian/vegan. If you require vegetarian/vegan options please contact us separately.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Photos are allowed, however professional photographers and videographers are there to capture our special day. We ask that phones/cameras/tablets are kept away during key moments, especially for the ceremony.

Is there any information on the bar?

The bar opens from 1pm but will temporarily close 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The bar accepts card, cash, and contactless including apple Apple Pay. AMEX is not accepted.

No shots are allowed before 19:00, this is a house rule.

I can’t find my….what do I do?

It’s quite common for people to lose things during a busy day of celebrating. If you find you are missing an item please call the barn before 11am the following day on 01303 844 270.
